By accessing or using Social Rewards Network ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. Accounts created to circumvent bans or limits will be terminated.
4. Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your content on the Platform. You are solely responsible for your content and its compliance with applicable laws.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not post illegal content, harass other users, spam the platform, manipulate rewards systems, create fake accounts, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. See our Community Guidelines for the full list.
6. Rewards
Points and digital rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise. Cash rewards are not active at this time. See the Rewards Rules for full details.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. This is a placeholder — consult qualified legal counsel before going live.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
